YouTube Shorts x bCreator

Now in its sixth year, the 2022 awards was held on the 22nd September at One Marylebone in London in partnership with YouTube Shorts. To drive awareness to the YouTube Shorts platform, their logo was used on large banners on the venue exterior, the stage, step and repeat, goody bags, event booklet and a photo moment for attendees.

There were over 30 thousand creators/brand campaigns nominated this year, 500,000 views on the shortlist, more than 50,000 individuals registering their emails to vote, and almost 350 thousand public votes.

An audit was conducted for the Awards and showed a potential reach of 179 million from 231 online placements and a media impact value of £765,600.

Athletia Beauty x bCreator

bCreator’s inaugural Beauty Creator Show was hosted on Friday 15th of July at Behind the Bike Shed in Shoreditch. The event brought together beauty brands, industry platforms, talent managers and beauty creators, who were treated to a day of exhibitions, panels, presentations and networking.

The creators attending had a collective following of more than 25 million and generated a huge amount of online coverage of the event with over 350 social posts.

Athletia Beauty, a Japanese company, had recently launched in the UK and used the creator show to showcase their brand.

Joby x bCreator

Joby partnered with bCreator to promote their 2020 influencer vlogging kit. Rather than another Zoom event, we created an immersive virtual world, where influencers were able to attend as avatars (think Sims), walk around and speak to each other in a shared space.

We decorated the virtual space with Joby branding, and were able to offer exclusive deals in real time to the audience via clickable links and photos. 

We organised a series of speakers, ran a giveaway competition based on those engaging with the event across social, and managed a guaranteed influencer campaign to complement the event.

TikTok x bCreator

As a new social media platform (2019) and recently rebranded from Music.ally, TikTok came to bCreator to drive brand awareness and sign ups to the app from our audience of influencers. 

With influencers already managing lots of existing social accounts, we were tasked with showing the benefits of joining a new one. As TikTok wanted to get in front of the top influencer talent in the UK, they partnered on the Blogosphere Awards ‘19.

We created a series of branded immersive experiences – including a ball pit, where nominees had to find the ball with their handle on it, an illustrator, and a flash mob of TikTok dancers, and our creative team managed a guaranteed influencer campaign across Instagram.

Krispy Kreme x bCreator

Krispy Kreme came to bCreator to forge direct relationships with influencers and drive social coverage of their award-winning doughnuts.

We created a giant version of a doughnut box, which we filled with helium inflated doughnut balloons. More than 250 influencers came to get their photographs taken in the display, and were entered into a competition to win a year’s supply of doughnuts.

The Krispy Kreme team were able to speak directly to influencers throughout the event, and have worked with many of them since.

Dunelm x bCreator

Ahead of their SS19 furniture launch, we created an influencer event for Dunelm to showcase their new products in an authentic environment.

We created a Dunelm pamper lounge, where influencers were treated to a hair blow dry, drinks and cakes, with the seating areas and photo moments – where influencers could relax and create content – all made up of Dunelm furniture.

Lickd x bCreator

Recently launched music licensing platform Lickd, came to bCreator to drive awareness and influencer sign ups to their platform. 

We created a Lickd sound booth at our Blogosphere Festival ‘19, where influencers could speak directly to the team. All music played at the event was available to download from Lickd, and we consulted on a presentation that would best engage our audience of influencers.

AudioBoom x bCreator

AudioBoom, an on-demand audio and podcasting distribution platform, came to bCreator as they wanted to increase brand visibility among the influencer community – many of whom they saw were launching podcasts.

We created a dedicated AudioBoom advice booth at our Blogosphere Festival ‘18, where guests could get all their podcasting questions answered. We also hosted a panel of the importance of audio with top influencer podcasters, which included a member of the AudioBoom team.
