Viv Yau
Viv Yau (she/her) is a British Chinese Mancunian activist, podcaster, and the founder of Bee Influence, an inclusive influencer marketing and talent agency.
Fuelled by a desire to promote diversity in the creator industry, Viv established Bee Influence, and has since partnered with global brands such as Disney, Lee Kum Kee, Greenpeace, VistaPrint, Emma Sleep, and more.
In 2020, Bee Influence launched their talent management arm of the business, representing talent from under-represented groups who are advocating for change and their community. She has spoken on large platforms like Campaign Live, Influencer Marketing Show, and bCreator, and has guest lectured at Manchester University, Lancaster University and Leeds University.Apart from being a marketer, Viv is also co-founder of non-profit org, besea.n which advocates ESEA communities in the UK and host of award-winning podcast ‘But Where Are You From?’ exploring ESEA culture, identity and issues.
