Lucy Chaloner
Lucy Chaloner is Director of the Creator division at DDA where she operates strategically across her team who handle a diverse roster of some of the most exciting names in the business working in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, mental health and tech verticals among other.
Over fifteen years of experience in the industry has provided Lucy with an extensive knowledge of marketing, media, entertainment and talent while always developing her successful track record of working with top tier creators, A-list actors, comedians and presenters. She has brokered deals across projects from major feature film franchises like Fantastic Beasts, with globally renowned brands as varied as L’Oréal, Nespresso and Ford, agencies like Havas and Ogilvy to the leading publishing houses.
After several years spent at Richard Stone and Avalon, Lucy produced a successful live experiential theatre show called the El Train before leading Social Chain’s GLOW as its Director of Influencers for three and a half years.
She then spent almost five years as head of talent management at M&C Saatchi Social where, alongside her team, she guided the careers of some of the biggest names in the business, like Chloe Burrows, Indiyah Polak, Saffron Barker and Nicole Crentsil.
Lucy is also on the board of the DCA.
Always implementing a “client first” rule, believing in authenticity underpinned with data, Lucy has worked on numerous influencer marketing campaigns aligning talent with brands and agencies, always remaining nimble in response to the ever-shifting landscape of creator partnerships and talent ambitions.
