Jonny leads the creator strategy for Spotify as the Creator Partnerships Manager in the UK and Ireland, forging partnerships with top performing creators to drive audience growth, as well as managing our exclusive podcast slate, including some of the market’s most successful, chart-topping shows such as Jaackmaate’s Happy Hour, The Fellas and The 2 Johnnies.
As well as dedicating himself to supporting independent content creators and community builders within the UK’s growing creator economy, Jonny is also passionate about the changing world of work and has a deep interest in Gen Z’s entrance into the workforce, which led him to begin providing mentorship and coaching for young people across the audio industry and beyond.
