Esme has been in the influencer marketing space for the past 7 years, starting off as a content creator at Social Chain before leading the marketing for specialist influencer agencies, Goat and Tailify. Her work has focused on brand education of influencer marketing opportunities and shifting mindsets towards those opportunities. She has written for the Drum, Forbes, Adweek and Campaign and spoken on stage at various events including DMWF Global (Amsterdam), Social Day and Voxburner’s Youth Marketing Festival.
She now leads the global influencer practice at Mindshare. Her personal passion for influencer focuses on the science of influence and considering how behavioural science and psychology can be applied to influencer-brand relationships to build meaningful and impactful collaborations.
