Gemma likes to say she watched so much YouTube that it somehow became her job. Driven by a passion for commissioning the content creators have always wanted to make, Gemma leads the Global Creator Marketing team at The LEGO Group. As part of the company’s internal agency, she and her team collaborate with a diverse range of creators, from engineers and artists to famous chickens, to demonstrate the creative power of the LEGO brick.
Gemma began her career agency-side, mastering creator marketing through campaigns for Renault, P&G, Nurofen, and Cartier. Since joining The LEGO Group, she has scaled the creator marketing department and earned UK Gold and Global Silver at the Cannes Young Lions. A longtime admirer of bCreator, Gemma is thrilled to judge this year’s awards.
