Thomas Drachkovitch

Thomas Drachkovitch is the Founder and Managing Director of Dream Bay Group, a UK-based talent agency and content studio operating at the forefront of the creator economy. Prior to founding Dream Bay Group, Thomas spent eight years as a commissioning executive at Amazon Studios, where he was part of the early team that helped build and expand the studio with stints in Los Angeles, Mumbai, and London, where he commissioned acclaimed series including the UK adaptation of Ten Percent, Wilderness, Backstage with Katherine Ryan, and James May: Our Man in Italy. Before that, he honed his industry expertise at United Talent Agency (UTA) and 44 Blue Productions.
