KJ has been working with talent for the past decade and is currently a Senior Talent Manager and Head of Partnerships at theFound, a management agency representing digital content creators, podcasters, broadcasters, speakers, comedians, authors and journalists each with a specialism or social mission — and the ability to entertain, as well as inform.
She manages a large roster of talent and has an extensive range of experience in growing and managing the careers of some of the UK’s most influential digital creators.
She also leads on the brand partnerships for the agency and is dedicated to maximising the potential of talent and driving authentic, impactful partnerships that align with the talent’s brand and audience.
