Season25 is a talent-first talent management company with a specific focus on amplifying the black voice and black experience, be that from a young black family, like global YouTube sensation The Kabs Family or navigating the digital space as a mixed race family combining cultures and traditions.
After five years of working in the digital talent space managing some of the UK’s biggest YouTube creators, Jessica made the decision to launch Season25 in June 2020. As a young mixed-race woman from Bradford her motivation to break boundaries in the talent space stems from her personal background. Moving to London in 2015, she began her career at Gleam Futures as a Talent Coordinator, before moving on to Influencer Marketing platform Whalar to help grow their talent arm, Whalar Stars.
Whilst in these roles, it became clear there was a lack of equal opportunity for black creators and entertainers. As a result, during the resurgence of the BLM movement, after the death of George Floyd, Season25 was born. The company exists to empower and support talent in their career growth, but most importantly to make sure they are seen and heard in rooms they may not have been before: “From brand partnerships and ambassadorships, to broadcast opportunities, publishing, podcasting and everything in between, our clients are at the heart of everything we do.”
