Grace has built a loyal and dedicated audience after using her platforms for over a decade to embrace all topics young people and women face, from mental health to therapy, trauma and spirituality; Grace’s content has always facilitated viewers to face taboos head on.
Continuing conversation around mental health, Grace is an ambassador for Mind charity and published her second book How to Calm It in 2021 with Merky Books, which provides a guide to help readers unlock their full potential and work on their own mindfulness.
Grace uses her voice to better modernise the ICU within the NHS. Featuring on Good Morning Britain and in press, such as Grazia, Cosmopolitan and The Guardian, Grace aims to empower other survivors who have also experienced trauma.
When not behind the camera, Grace spends time at home with her partner, Lee raising their two children Cyprus and Kamiko.
