Despite being just 24, Francesca has worked in the influencer industry for five years. Beginning her career at Skinnydip London, while still studying at university, she then transitioned to Gleam Solutions soon after graduation.
Today, as an experienced Talent Manager at Matchstick Group, she has worked across talent including Binky Felstead, Maisie Smith, Montana Brown, Anna Whitehouse, Martine McCutcheon, Chessie King and Jim Chapman, to name just a few.
Francesca has supported talent across brand partnerships, books, broadcasting, podcasts and live shows, cultivating thriving talent portfolios and driving exponential growth for her clients.
