Tom Caplan

Tom Caplan is the Head of Sixteenth, a leading global 360° Creator and talent management company – part of Whalar Group. 

With over 20 years of experience in sport and entertainment, Tom has a proven ability to deliver transformational outcomes. Before joining Sixteenth, he founded The TAC Company, a talent management and advisory firm focused on uniting athletes, chefs, and brands through authentic, creative partnerships. Prior to this, Tom was Group Commercial Director at RWG, where he spearheaded commercial operations across talent management, IP, television, licensing, and investments. Earlier in his career, Tom spent over a decade as COO at Benchmark, leading global operations and strategic development across the Sport Industry Group, Square Mile Sport, Benchmark Talent and Beyond Sport.
