Rebecca Johnson-Honey

Rebecca is a highly respected media executive and talent agent with over two decades in television before shifting into talent management in 2011. As Managing Partner of Encanta Talent Management, Rebecca represents leading broadcast and entertainment talent. She previously spent seven years at a major London talent agency, rising to Executive Director, where she shaped the careers of high-profile presenters and creators. Her earlier career includes senior commissioning roles at Virgin Media Television and Flextech, overseeing Bravo, Challenge and Trouble, and prior to this, producing for ITV for 7 years. Beginning her career in the mid 1990s in entertainment television, Rebecca has built a reputation for creative leadership, strategic negotiation and delivering commercially successful programming.
