Phie McKenzie is the founder of Creative Ally, the purpose-first talent management agency igniting meaningful conversations on social issues that matter. Phie founded Creative Ally to prove that the creator economy can be a force for change. 

With roots in journalism as the ex-editor of Notion and host of the Move Over Mother Theresa podcast, Phie’s career spans 12+ years as a brand and creative strategist. 

Creative Ally is dedicated to projects that drive progress across climate change, representation, gender equality and mental health, with purposeful talent including Rory Bradshaw, Adeche Atelier, Hosanna Hali and Lydia Bolton.
