Maddy Lewis is a global influencer and social strategy leader with nine years of experience driving social growth for some of the beauty industry’s most recognisable brands. Known for combining cultural insight with a data-driven mindset across both global brand and agency environments, she has delivered some of the beauty industry’s most visible influencer campaign. 

Currently Senior Global Influencer Manager at Charlotte Tilbury, she leads the strategic development of global influencer campaigns and talent partnerships across international markets.
Maddy spent nearly six years at L’Oréal, where she held several leadership roles across advocacy, communications and social strategy. She led brand advocacy & influencer strategy across the mass portfolio on brands such as Garnier, working with creators of all backgrounds & tiers, delivering best-in-class content and storytelling.
