Gareth Jenkins is a co-founder and CEO of W Mgmt.
Initially a sports agency, W Mgmt is now one of Europe’s largest and most successful multi-disciplined agencies and will be celebrating its 20th anniversary next year. Alongside creators they represent models, athletes and creatives.
Gareth has a formidable team of senior agents alongside him, many of whom have recently been made Partner.
Prior to setting up W Mgmt in 2007, he spent 17 years at senior management level in the luxury wellness industry.
He now shares his time at the office in Shoreditch with rural home life in Hampshire with wife Michelle and 3 children.
