She founded the company Declutter Dollies and gained wide recognition through her appearances on the BBC series Sort Your Life Out, where she supports families through emotional and practical decluttering journeys.
Dilly leads a team of accredited professional organisers working in homes across the UK. She runs training courses for those wanting to become professional organisers and delivers masterclasses designed to inspire the public to transform and organise their own homes.
With a warm, direct, and compassionate approach, she also hosts the podcast Sort Your Life Out Unpacked and is a guest presenter on ITV’s This Morning and Lorraine, sharing her tips and tricks.
