Shabaz Ali (@ShabazSays) has fast become a pop-culture phenomenon. He is a comedian who has built a large and dedicated audience with his withering take downs of those who package and present their “perfect” lives online.
Shabaz speaks to a growing desire for authenticity in public life, and proves that performers can be genuine while also being genuinely hilarious.
His first book ‘I’m Rich You’re Poor’ was published in March 2024 and is available to buy worldwide. As well as being an author, his presence is growing on British television as well as hosting his own “I’m rich you’re poor” podcast! Shabaz is currently on his first comedy tour too!
